Culver's - Melbourne

My husband and I had never been to Culver's before, so we decided to give it a try. It was a great experience overall. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was the lack of a friendly and welcoming face at the order desk. There was only one person taking orders and he didn't seem happy to be there. Although he got our order right, he didn't greet us or thank us, or even wish us a pleasant meal.

Very rare I get good service in recent years. my burger was wrong through the journey through, but when I went to the manager, it treated wonderfully. I suppose he was manager because his hemd was different than the other staff. I could not catch his name, but he had dark hair and a bart. he had several employees and customers pull him different directions, but he got it all perfectly and treated at speed. a good customer service is so difficult to find. it was very refreshing!

Forget about Wendy's and Burger King, McDonald's is the best option. The food is fantastic, especially the fish sandwich. The ice cream is also delicious. The drive-thru service could be improved, but the food is always fresh. There may be a bit of a wait, but it is worth it in the end. Spending $40.00 for a meal for 4 people here is much better than spending $65-75 at Five Guys.

Order has been wrong three times in a row. The staff is friendly and willing to help, but Alex the general manager has anger issues when dealing with customers and completely unprofessional. Staff is reliable but management needs a refresher course in manners

Out of towner having Culver's for the 1st time and I wanted to get the pork loin sandwich and some fried cheese curds. Idk if the curds were supposed to come with a sauce or not but they were good. The sandwich was great, came with pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard. Nice that its an actual pork loin and not some pressed McRib garbage. Will definitely go next time in town and try the burgers.
