The bolognese with the penne was unfortunately not as good as hoped. the chop meat was a bit too hard and the noodles were unfortunately not alldente. instead of baking everything with cheese, I recommend giving parmesan.

A lot more lnger waited as announced! instead of 40min 75min and that although we live only 2km away! salat on the baguette was partly brown.
