The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Melaka

Cosy little place just at the entrance of Aeon Shopping centre Melaka. This Aeon is situated on the main road to Melaka City. Love the coffee and pie they have. Would recommend Ice Blended Matcha. Very friendly staff and efficient service of the staff. It's a good place for a meeting a friend or catching up over a coffee. Lunch options are limited but can have if one is not fussy over various choices. Payment can be made by cash, card, or loyalty card as well. The loyalty card can be topped up, and you can walk into the place with no wallet except the topped up loyalty card. The only constraint is the floor space. It fits 2 or 3 tables snugly. So a bigger crowd can not be accommodated.

Reasonable service Good cheese cake Great latte However the English breakfast tea is nowhere close to an English breakfast tea It’s more like a teh tarik but diluted by hot water It’s sweet already without adding any sugar It looks like a latte with white foam on the top The colour underneath is like a very milky English breakfast tea Definitely not good value for money

We had a wonderful breakfast. It was a bit more pricey than our usual breakfasts, but paying more for good food every now and then doesn't hurt, we guess. The staff attended and treated us well during our short time there. Customers are allowed to have free coffee refill up until 11.00a.m. If you want to have your meal there, it's advised that you get there earlier. When we left around 11.30a.m, more people were coming in, and you may risk not to have seats available. We'll definitely come back again in future to try other meals offered.

Coffee Bean always be my favorite to have coffee ice blended and that's never change on this visit also. The staff here are polite enough. The environment and deco of the cafe is nice, even it's a bit small. The cake is my first try here, and it's tasty and moist.
