Pizzeria Lucia - Meiringen

The spot of the restaurant is really nice, but it 's about it. We reserved a specific table the evening before. When we came it was occupied. The lady (the owner) said that the party just arrived (6 men looking hungry) and she can 't move them. She just forget to reserve the table. My pizza was not good at all. Neither the tomatoes nor the mozzarella ad any taste. It tasted like... nothing. Only the dough was okay. My friends lasagne had way too much salt. We both left the food there. I asked for a grosses Danach . This is a 0.5 liter mix of beer and lemonade. The owner said she does not have it, she has only the small ones (0.3 L). I always drink it in Switzerland (I 'm Swiss) and it literally NEVER happened to me that they did not have it. The owner just wanted to make more money out of it, serving two of 0.3 L. You CANNOT pay with credit cards, which is really odd for a restaurant in such a touristic place. This is very bad business practice. I do not recommend to eat there.

We ate dinner here and could sit on the terrace, which was nice. Although it is next to the main road, you just weren't affected by it. The pizzadough was thicker than usually at an Italian pizzeria, but it was nice. The service was friendly. The only downpoint and for me unacceptable was that you could only pay cash. Or you had to wait 15 minutes for the acceptance by the creditcard company, which they had to call to verify your card.

Rinaldo's Pizza's sind himmlisch gut. Ich kenne weid und breit niemand der so feine Pizza macht. Italienisches flair und freundliche bedienung machen den besuch fast so perfekt wie ein besuch in Italien. Bis bald Skye und Jaco

Sie bieten nur zum Mitnehmen atm. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Pizzas sind klein, teuer und sie hatten keine frischen Zutaten oder Toppings. Es ist alles Konserven. Das Personal war auch nicht gut. Sie können nur bar bezahlen.

Die Pizzen, waren sehr klein außerdem sahen sie nach Fertigpizzen aus, welche definitiv besser geschmeckt hätten. Mal abgesehen von den unverschämt hohen Preisen wurden wir regelrecht ignoriert von der Bedienung und warteten eine halbe Stunde auf die Rechnung und eine weitere halbe um bezahlen zu können. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
