Crystal Palace - Meerut

The restaurant "Mineral" at Crystal Palace Hotel is situated on the first floor and offers a pleasant atmosphere along with a diverse menu featuring multiple cuisines. The food is delicious, however, we experienced slow service even though there were only a few guests in the restaurant. The decor and utensils are nice, and the seating is comfortable. During our stay at the hotel, we also tried the complimentary breakfast, which we enjoyed.

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, showing a great deal of warmth in their attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was amazing, no matter what you ordered. It was definitely worth the money. A special thank you to Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Mr. Anwar at the front desk, Mr. Devender, and Mr. Gurbachan. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened almost 20 years ago. My daughter's wedding procession stayed at this hotel in 2002. The owners and staff are very welcoming and hospitable. The restaurant offers delicious food, and there have been recent renovations and additions that have enhanced the experience. This is a great hotel with a variety of tasty cuisines. It is a convenient and centrally located place to stay and dine in Meerut. I highly recommend it.

They have undergone a renovation and a fresh look at their menu , things have improved a lot . They have an open air section now known as Moonstone with music . The menu has under gone a change with fresh Pan asian cuisine added.

I love this hotel, I loved to go to his underground bar , service is very good and food is also nice .
