Sandhu Takeaway - Medway

Waited 3 hours for a home delivery and it's just not good enough. the first time we talked to him that he was not there? that was after 2 hours. the order was worth £69 and magically it appeared and we were told that the order was frozen.? but we were sure it was on the asap. another hour went by and we arranged again to be spoken only too rudely, and they said it will soon be there. it finally arrived, but I must say it is not the sandhu I knew when I lived in gillingham.

Not or food from shandhus takeway, gillingham. the food turned, and swamped in oil, the curry sauce pot looked like it was fed in the bag and sat on, chips were cooked on the outside, but was raw inside neat trick that one,) fish. was under cooked inside and the teig was not cooked as two meals ordered, a meal was missing the chips, 2 jumbo When it was about cooking and saving it, it turned around mud and had to bind. the attempt to sort it was that we have closed now. avoid them unless they want to be sick.

The food took 2 hours to come only to be wrong cold. Whatever it was inedible! Shocking service! Absolutely appalled. Then rang to speak to them to be told it was my fault and they wouldn’t do anything all I can do is...order another 2 meals! They wanted me to wait another 2 hours for 2 meals when everyone else is eating now, and to pay again!!

We ordered a family take away. Asked for Sausages, a Family sized portion of chips with salt and Onion vinegar. Asked for a Large Rock and medium chips, they had no Rock so we settled for Cod which when it arrived was almost cold. Delivery...time was reasonable. The chips were the wrong sizes and did not have the vinegar asked for. When we phoned to complain they brough us a medium chips. These were like they had been the last left in the fryer, hard , cold and overcooked. The fish had to be warmed up in the microwave for 2 minutes. We were told the girl taking the orders did not speak much English and they had been trying to fill 75 online and phone orders.

Absolutely shocking service, I understand it’s a Friday night but to turn up and hour and a half late and then be missing 2 of the main items(2 chicken kebabs)! When I finally got through to phone them, they wouldn’t give me a part refund,...then when I phoned again to ask where they were, I had to listen to an argument between the poor girl on the phone and her boss, who conveniently changed language from English to his mother tongue! Then the kebabs turned up and they were cold! We will never be going here again
