Clean and tidy in the cinema and its toilets. personal help. but popcorn and sweets really expensive. 2 packages sweets and 2 bottles drink (one of them was a water) cost over £10. Take your own drinks and sweets!

I recently visited Odeon cinema and found it to be quite average. There was nothing particularly special about it. However, I did have an amazing experience watching a movie in the new IMAX theatre. The sound was very loud throughout the entire film, so I would advise people who are sensitive to loud noises or suffer from migraines/headaches to opt for a non-IMAX screening. Even though I was not seated near the loudspeaker, the sound was still quite overwhelming and I ended up leaving the cinema with a headache.

A good picture. sitting (no 9) okay. the sound is great. only the climate was an annoying. but the staff has treated this in a quiet and nice way. popcorn and nachos taste good, and the price for tickets and snacks is okay.

I absolutely love this cinema. It has the perfect location with shops and cafes nearby. When we visited last week, it wasn't very crowded, probably because we went quite late in the evening. There were only 10 people in total, including us, watching a film. There was a staff member at the main entrance ensuring everyone filled out their details in the NHS COVID contact tracing form before entering. Face masks were mandatory, and anyone without one was not allowed in. Snacks and drinks had to be ordered from ticket machines. The staff were always helpful and polite. There are plenty of parking spaces outside the cinema or within a short distance depending on where you decide to park.

There weren't many employees present, but the ones we interacted with were polite and respectful. The cinema was clean, and there's a Costa if you're in the mood for a hot drink. However, it's disappointing that their drinks and snacks are pricier than other places. If you book online, you can also pre-order your food and drinks.
