Bidrage med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff had horrible attitudes. Although they had the topping I wanted, another customer who arrived after me was served first and got the last portion. I asked if I could have some of the new batch that was being made, even though I had already paid for my medium box with just one topping, but they refused. It is important to note that I am autistic and this meal is necessary for my safety.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant and I must say it was the worst "Asian" food I have ever tasted. The food lacked flavor and was simply disgusting. Additionally, the manager/owner displayed unacceptable behavior towards his young workers. I witnessed him speaking to one of his employees in a very intimidating manner, causing her to cry and feel uncomfortable. I had to intervene and argue with the manager on behalf of the worker. His rude and racist behavior, as well as his strong cigarette smell, are not qualities that should be seen in someone running a restaurant. It is important to treat workers with respect. The food was so bad that I would rather feed it to my dogs if I had to. This establishment needs serious improvement.
I ordered a large as normally I get medium and it’s never enough toppings yet they valse a topping as only 4 small pieces of chicken. Stingy portions.!! And food very bland no taste.!!
My daughter went to sit on a table she wanted to sit on and yes the table was messy, my partner asked him if it was possible for it to be clean it and the manager very rudely told us she can sit on any other **** table. And we only said can we have that one so it was far away from everyone. And rudely started shouting at us to get out because we asked if he could clean it . The owner of the company is a very rude man, and disrespectful. No care for the people and shouting at families and because he feels like In his power of his restaurant when we ain't done nothing wrong but ask. We had asked if they have any chilli oil and in a rude was replied no and that's fine. So we went and got our own chilli sauce and returned. And he was very rude. Never in my life have a been disrespected like that in my life, all my comments I have done on here has been nothing but positive but I want everyone to know how rude the owner is and making a child feel like asking for a clean table in a restaurant a bad thing. I am not here to ruin anyone's buisness but the manager needs to learn how to treat people if he wants his buisness to grow.
If I could choose 0 I would! Food was lovely, but having a 2 year old they don’t like Chinese. They had already had a McDonalds and were just grazing on the last few chips. We went in, ordered our food and even spotted the owner helping to move a chair so we could get our prams in. My sister went to take her daughter (also 2) to the toilet but as Chopstix’s toilets were out of order she had to go to a different shop. Once she left and I finished my food, the owner came over to tell me that other food in his store was not tolerated and he wouldn’t allow it. He said that he noticed they were babies which is why he didn’t say anything but wouldn’t tolerate it. So basically he waited until he got the sale, the food was eaten and I was alone to come and scald me. He was rude and very intimidating. We shall never eat in there again! It’s such a shame because the food was lovely and was recommended by some friends. But none of us will return. I cannot believe the intimidating behaviour of a so called owner!
