The industry is very nice and clean, the staff is friendly and cooperative. Taste is the standard Originalkudu taste that is in almost any industry.

Not as it was before, food being serve is now getting less in quantity so as with the taste.

Staff are nice. The problem is the staff who prepares the food at the back. I ordered 2 lavino with NO ONIONS. I wrote onions in all caps because I told them many times no onions and yet managed to put freakin onions on both of them, although even the cashier asked them are those the ones without onions and said yes. Very disappointed to have the food go to waste since the wife and I ha e allergies .

HORRIBLE customer service. Takes forever to make the food, You HAVE to stand in front of the cashier for no less than 5 mins until someone comes and takes your order, even if you are calling them. No order whatsoever in making the orders. I got the food already really cold not warm AT All, the coffee is cold the eggs are cold the orange juice is warm. REALLY unprofessional.

Finally, waffle got in this industry and available with maple syrup or shell or strawberry jam. Some branches don't have it. If they add new menu like 2 waffles with all in a (maple nutella strawberry) will be good
