Hardee's - Medina

I was ordered Double treath meal in ajiziyah branch , the burger bread is good and soft ,but the patty was plain no tasty ,also the drink is not tasty enough...please correction it next time thank's

If I could give zero start rating, I would. Hardee's, in fact all saudis are a waste of space. They have no clue about customer service or customer care. I ordered food for sehri from this Hardee's store online. They cancelled my order 45 minutes before it was meant to be delivered. The store called me at 1.30am and I missed the call, 45 minutes before the delivery time. Guess what, I was asleep because it was 1.30am. How about you call me 15 minutes before, or here's a crazy idea, just make the food and attempt delivery, because I already paid. Terrible Service. Now I can't keep fast.

Hi,, I will share you my experience today at around 2 am..im so very disappointed to the casher name (mohammed sedek) to be honest he is disrespectful to the customer.. I ordered meal for take away, then i request a bag for my drink and my sandwich to keep it freshh till to come in my home.. then he refused my request .then he trying to arguing with me!.i asked him to call thr manager he said no manager, how come? I think i will not visit anymore in this branch

I tried various branches that made me hate Hardees, but this is different. I never enjoyed fast food like I did here. Quick service, freshly roasted chicken after ordering, place, superior hygiene and free refills! All this for a very reasonable price! Absolutely come back.

1- I ordered Angus bacon chider. It tasted horrible like a soaked paper in beef gravy. 2- there was only one active Saudi front-liner and the other Asian guy was literally not doing anything where people had to wait for more time and got angry to the poor loyal guy who was exhausted. I will never ever come back to Hardees and I don’t recommend it as I’m sure it’ll be disappointing
