Subway - Medina

First and only time getting subway at this particular one, a few weeks ago. Taught me to make sure the bathroom door lock works properly before using it....Otherwise, average Subway, which I generally find tastey.

There is a missing drink in my order and not only would the store refuse to pick up the phone the dasher would not either and was almost 40 minutes late. Thanks!

Had a taste for meatball sub tonight. As the young worker doled out my meatballs he came up shy by 2. He didn 't acknowledge to me that he had run out, simply said nothing and passed it to the next worker. I thought well maybe they 'd only charge me for half a sub since I was missing half of the other half. Nope charged me ten bucks. I know the workforce is hurting and we have to take what we can get, but these young workers know nothing about good business. SMH. Meatballs are so small to begin the sandwich has always seemed to cost more than it 's worth

I placed my Online pickup at 7 o clock. It ready for pickup at 7:30 . I had arrived at 7:35 and it hadn't even been started. People continued to come in and they didn't start my order until every new customer had ordered and left. On top of that the computers went out and they gave everyone who had just come in free subs without comping the online orders which me and 1 other sat for over 45 minutes waiting for. I left around 8 o clock and when I got home it wasn't even the right subs. I've gone to this subway for a while never again.

I am only giving 5 stars because of the young lady behind register. I hope Mattie (sorry if spelled wrong) is a mama get there. It was 855, I hate walking in just before close but my daughter cheers for Medina and they just got back from a game. They turned off the open sign but door was unlocked so I went in and they looked at me like I did something wrong. They did make sandwich but the shirt girl in back was not happy. Then someone came up to door and they had locked it priory to 9 again. And Mattie unlocked it, it was a pre paid order. Her level of calmness and desire to do her job are hard to find in businesses I have ran, your lucky to have her.
