Subway - Medicine Hat

I have gone to this subway weekly and everytime have been disappointed. They'd rather serve take out intead of the customer standing in the store left waiting, when there is no one else is line! I understand the importance of take out for a business, but if that's all you want to do then just lock your doors and do delivery only. I walked out the last time, I won't be back to this location. If you go be prepaerd for a long wait in an empty store.

I love soup and Subway has some of the best 'home made ' tasting soup. It doesn 't matter what time of day I go, they run out. If I am there at 11:30 a.m. they are out of soup before the lunch rush. If I am there at 12 noon, they are out of soup. So knowing that soup is a bit hit, have a back up or two ready to go, it 's not rocket science.

We went through the drive thru and when we were getting our order the guy said the wrong sub. When I said we didn't order that one he looked at his coworker and she said it was the one we ordered. When we got home it wasn't the right sub. So when I called she was very rude and said to bring it back but we were already home. Also my sub had something hard in it and it almost cracked my tooth! I'm am now in pain and will need to visit the dentist! We will never eat there again! Terrible service and food!

It's handy having a subway with a drive thru but frustrating when they don't make your sandwich right and you don't know it until you are too far away to take it back. Asked for sauce, got none. Asked for shredded cheese and got hardly any on my sandwich. I also don't understand why they can't put your order in a bag, it's a drive thru. Pull up your socks guys, very disappointed.
