Pizza Hut - Medicine Hat

I was looking for something different to eat. Used the online ordering menu. I ordered at 5:52 pm. I received confirmation and it stated that my order will arrive at 6:22 or so. Now the pizza hut was so close that I could see it out my hotel room window. I couldn't walk there as I have some back issues and had been on my feet for about 8hours. It took them an hour to deliver my food to me. When I got it, it was luke warm and very greasy! Never Never again will I order anything from Pizza HuT!!!

Painful ordering APP but after sawing thru it finally got the pizza and boneless chicken wings coming. Pizza was warm enough but the wings were cool. No plates No Hot Peppers No Parmesan Cheese 2” inches around the pizza edge needs toppings a well. When you order ask if they do the edges because if they can’t move on elsewhere and try another Pizza place. Because the amount of toppings is definitely lacking.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It was very disappointing. The bottom crust was soggy and barely even cooked. The Alfredo base sauce was almost nonexistent and the flavour of the pizza was very bland. The delivery time was quick however, I think this accounted for the reason the pizza was under cooked. This location is the worst I have ever experienced. This is not the first time, I will not use it again.

Had supper tonight , the service was slow, and the pasta was over cooked and crispy around the edges. The ice tea was very good, but the rest a different story. Hope they improve.

Very old and dated looking place, unlike any Pizza Hut I’ve been too. Pizzas were bland and I would rather cook a frozen pizza than order from here again. Boston pizza down the road is a much better place!
