Montana's Bbq Medicine Hat

Poor service by waitress. to be fair, a large hockey team came right after us. restaurant was not prepared. had to track down the server to request and take container.

The first time back, as it was absolutely wonderfully reopened from the step into the door until it is all well done, and the rear room staff, which are often missed.

Our first order was a problem. we ordered both steak and were presented with orders that were far overhauled. our server offered to get the manager and perhaps to favor our bill. our answer was not positiw. then she apologised and returned quickly to inform us that the kitchen would replace them and they would be out in less than 5 minutes. this was the case, and the rest of our experience was very positiw with perfectly prepared food.

The waitress was very attentive. the food was brought out in record time and was delicious. we enjoyed each other very much.

Service was easily 11/10! We had a small mistake with one of the 5 meals ordered and our server went above and beyond to make it right : . First time there and just based off the serviced I revived I will be back!
