The Melt Grilled Cheese Truck - Medford

This restaurant is a great option if you're in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup on a chilly day. However, I always struggle to visit during their operating hours.

I absolutely adore their grilled cheese! The food is always delicious and the service is quick. I visit the food truck several times a month and it never fails to impress me!

I got two items that both had jalapeno (spice fan! , and they were both incredibly delicious!Parking: Today, May 10, they were located at the parking lot for USPS Medford Office off of Riverside.If you find them here, there's a large space dedicated for food truck parking that is separated from the USPS parking.

I love this place so much. They are fast and have amazing quality. I have not been disappointed yet. This is the place that I recommend to people everytime I have the chance.
