I wouldn't give such a high rating, but I think the potatoes should be grilled instead of microwaved. This way, they'd have a nice crispy texture. Additionally, I would skip the cheese; the only thing I really enjoyed on my skillet was the eggs. Everything else seemed like it had been heated in the microwave, which wasn't great at all. There was also too much cheese.
