Subway (south Medford)

I ordered through the website to take advantage of the buy one get one free promotion. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no option to pay in cash at the store. The sandwich menu was unclear—terms like "more" left me confused about what to expect. When I received my sub, it tasted different, and I immediately realized they had forgotten to include a sauce. Because of this experience, I won't be using the app or website again.

I think Being a vegetarian and visiting this store is a curse. They don’t care about the dietary restrictions of customers. The attendant who made our subs was very rude and doesn’t have the minimum common sense to change gloves when handling both veg and meat subs. And on top of that, she has the audacity to cut me off in middle of the conversation when I am responding back about my allergy but at the same time when a non color customer visited the store she was sweet as sugar. Do you support this subway ??

Store hours are not accurate. Waited in the drive thru for too long before I realized they closed down early on a Friday night. 30 min early on a firday night was a pretty disappointing. I didn't want to make the same comment again, but unfortunatley same issue happened 2 more times this week. Everytime I sit in the drive thru waiting and waiting for someone to take my order until I eventually go inside for the employees to tell me they close at 11 30 on weekends.

I went through the drive-through and ordered two The Beast footlongs as is no special requirements, it took forever to receive. The 2 Guys Working sounded depressed and put no effort into pleasantries like hello. I don 't know if it is required by Subway or not but one of the men had long curly hair that was not in a hairnet nor Hat. Don 't eat here if you have somewhere to be, because you won 't make it on time!

10 minutes waiting to order and neither of the 2 employees helped. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Save your time and go somewhere else
