The food at this restaurant is decent, but I want to address the issue of their lack of customer service towards those playing on the machines. There have been numerous occasions where I tried to cash a ticket and was completely ignored by the staff. They would look me in the eye and continue serving only the dine-in customers without acknowledging my presence. A simple "I'll be with you shortly" would go a long way in terms of common courtesy. I'm sure the players who win would tip much better than those just there to eat.

My companions and I waited in the lobby for more than 15 minutes without being served. A lady approached us and mentioned she needed to clean a few tables, but instead went to the kitchen and engaged in conversation for another 5 minutes. She never returned to assist us or clear the plates waiting to be taken to other tables. Frustrated after waiting 20 minutes just to be seated, we ultimately decided to leave. It appeared that only 6 tables in the dining room were being attended to.
