I can't say enough for sensational paella. we have commissioned them to test a sample dinner in narragansett, ri according to my daughter and fiancé taste their food in the owner's own kitchen. three paellas were presented at our event; a meat, seafood and veggie selection for our 75 guests. everyone has been wondering about the arome, fresh and presentation. superior, professional and talented. Igbtq friendly.

Sensational paella was the food provider for a dual 60th birthday party that I was in a home in wayland, ma, djing. I was removed from the deliciously decorated and aroma while cooking and after eating I can say that it was sensational. Moreover, all staff members were very friendly and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Julian and his team have accompanied our high time and I could not be happier! eating was delicious all around – from the incredible art work that the charcuterie was distributed on the star of the show paella itself. make you like one and book them for their high time or other event if they are looking for something completely unique and unforgettable!

Julian and his team of sensational paella were incredible! he was helpful and comunicated of the moment when I first met him, and a charming Rockstar cook at our special day. the charcuterie spread was fabulous and beautiful, a work of art and the hottest themes of the night. it was a perfect feature for our garden wedding. the paella was one of the best I ever had, even in Spain. julian and his coworkers were warm and hospitable for all, had a smile on their faces all night, although a cold and windy day and with lots of hardships to stay the grills. we could no longer be satisfied and grateful for their competent help. many thanks!

We hired Julian and his team for our wedding in Maine this past summer. WOW! I cannot recommend sensational paella enough.We went for a tasting at his house and were blown away by the food. We did the charcuterie board spread for cocktail hour and WOAH it was unbelievable, it was all anyone could talk about! Everything on the board was tasty and the presentation was magazine worthy. We went with a variety of paella (seafood, vegan, meat, mixta) for dinner and everyone loved it! service was flawless, everyone enjoyed a warm,filling meal! All our guests were raving about how unique and delicious it was, I got a lot of best meal I 've had at a wedding! .Leading up to our wedding Julian was SO helpful, he is very detailed oriented and organized. We were a COVID postponement and he was understanding and flexible to make the logistics of changing the date all work. He is really positive and just a wonderful person to work with.
