Bidrage med feedbackThis rice bowl was the worst I've ever had. They only give you a few pieces of chicken and mushrooms to justify charging $9.10. It's cheap and a rip-off.
Regrettably, the service at this restaurant has declined due to its popularity. On Saturdays between 6 and 8pm, it is chaotic with long waits, disorganization, and often running out of chicken teriyaki. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, but the 45 minute wait is too frustrating. I will not be dining here again.
I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but I am giving it one star now because of the young employee behind the counter. I clearly and loudly told him my order, but when I got home and opened my food, I found only rice and two pieces of chicken. I have never experienced such a messed up order before and it really frustrated me. It was closing time and the employee seemed stingy, as if he was going to take the remaining food home. I will be returning to the restaurant, but I definitely plan on giving this employee a piece of my mind.
In terms of value for the meal, Panda Express is pretty solid in portion size and taste given what you're paying. The inside felt like your average fast casual spot not overly clean, but just enough if you felt like sitting down to eat.Service was quick, however they did package our food incorrectly at first by giving us the wrong side they ended up dumping it back into the serving section despite already putting it in a container for us before getting our correct dish so that didn't feel super sanitary, but for us, we have no allergies so it wasn't a huge concern. For others though, this might not be the most appropriate move. Overall, we do frequent this spot for quick takeout, but mostly for its convenience as it's close by and fair in price.
I came in an hour before they were supposed to close. They were all out of chow main, fried rice, chicken teriyaki and a bunch of others. I asked how long for more to be made and they told me that they weren’t making any more. I overheard another customer asking why every time he comes in an hour before they close or sometimes sooner they’re already closing up the kitchen and not making anymore food where they then told the guy that they start running out of food 3 hours before they close. This happened on a Monday night. Ridiculous that this happens so often.
