Dunkin' - Medford

The service was good, but it took a bit longer since I ordered a roasted sandwich.

It was okay the drink and everything else was fine then I went back for another Oder of hash browns and snacking bacon payed five dollars for both together and what I got was cold bacon and old hash browns So I asked for new bacon and they helped me sort out the problem quick but I don’t know if it was the manager bacon is never room temperature first of all I’ve been ordering from uber eats walking in everytime and have never gotten cold bacon what he gave me was excuses and he could have just admitt he was wrong but besides that the other workers were great and realized their mistake I work in fast food so I understand but great job guys

So you buy your lunch you eat you look for the bathroom it's out of service. Would never consider buying Dunkin's from anywhere near Medford Arlington.

My order was lately great time and food was not ready for 30 minutes. I was a little angry at the beginning, then the staff problem recognized all the companies now. I called the café and talked to Tanya manager. Explained my problem (politically and asked if she had short staff. She recognized it. She was in the café today because someone called sick, and she has no other staff. I salute Tanya and staff to keep the door open for their customers. Many companies (including Starbucks open a few days a week and/or reduced hours. Therefore, my 5 stars go to all local small companies that keep the door open for their customers despite the lack of personnel.

That's one of the good Dunkins. The staff is very friendly and fast and efficient. The toilets are also clean! We played in the Playstead Field Fall Baseball and they don't have any bathrooms!! So you can go here to get a coffee and a snack and also be able to use the restroom, you can laugh, but it is really very convenient that it is so close to the field. I also like egg packs, Quick,hot and simply enough to tit you over lunch or dinner.
