Dunkin' - Medford

The omelette bites were terrible; I couldn't finish them. Additionally, the chocolate croissant was overcooked.

Dunkin' is fantastic! My order is always perfect every time I visit. I highly recommend it—10/10!

Bagel lovers is a great place for breakfast. Friendly folks and good food.

Courteous staff and fast service. Dining in isn't available right now because of the pandemic, but their drive-thru service is fast. The donuts are baked fresh on the premises, not delivered like in satellite stores. Gotta go now and get my Dunkin Donuts fix?

I've been visiting this particular Dunkin’ Donuts for years, and while I don't typically write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience today because of the two gentlemen who served me. They were incredibly helpful and polite, truly putting the customers first, which was wonderful to witness. I asked one of them if he was the manager—his name was Brian—and he mentioned that he wasn't, but the way he ran the store made me question why he wouldn't be. To me, there was no other manager present; it was just a fantastic experience with great coffee and excellent staff behind the counter! I would give them 5 stars any day of the week with these guys in charge. After a previous bad experience, I had stopped coming here, but today they earned my loyalty back as a customer!
