While we appreciate the ambiance and the various TVs showing different channels, the food and service continue to be subpar. We also noticed a young employee who seemed to disregard mask-wearing guidelines, often letting his mask slide below his mouth while clearing tables and seating customers, while his colleagues adhered to the rules. There’s definitely potential for this place, but they need to improve. One more thing: the two beers my husband wanted to order were completely sold out by 7:30 PM. It seems a bit early in the evening to run out of beer.

I signed up online and waited for about 40 minutes. Then, I went inside to check on how much longer we'd have to wait, only to find out that this location doesn't actually accept online reservations. I’m confused as to why they indicate that seating is reserved online when it isn't the case. I registered around 6:17 PM, but we didn’t get a table for another two hours because we had to sign up in person. This is really frustrating.

I visited later in the day and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the service was very good.

This was our first dining out experience in 12 weeks. We sat outside on the porch and everything was socially distanced. The waiter was wearing a mask (but over his mouth only) and gloves. He was extremely nice and we felt very comfortable with him. We enjoyed at BWW and will definitely go again!
