Food on the floor and soiled window sills. Slow service which I understand the issues with staffing

Food and service was excellent, great value with the Throwback Thursday specials, people- don’t forget to tip your waiter based on regular price of the meal.

The best part of it was narisa? our server! that was by far the best service I have ever received at bertuccis. she was attentive, professional, perfect time, helpful and had a perfect memory for 10 people. eating was good as usual. but the service was what made this special night perfect for us.
