Bidrage med feedbackThe service in this restaurant has really bad. the employees are not responding to simple requests. it is a lazy “I don’t care about her request” attitude. the bardrinks are no longer good. a moimosa that is usually a glass champagne or prosecco. is open with orange juice, the opposite is a glass orange juice with champagne covered.) how do you mix a recipe that is simple? Other drinks were also badly prepared. I think new management has changed the things for the worst. also this Italian-hearted restaurant has now that pulsating, repetitive music used in gyms play all day. it is inexorable and in my opinion does something pleasant and elevated ambiente of the place. it is not a gym! that said eating was still good. but the experience was bad and frustrating. we have visited medellin and were in the hotel (el charlee) and eat here for the last three years, but we will not come back in the future.
I visited her with my wife and her niece for lunch. the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. the food was well prepared, tasty and the service was great.
This restaurant could be really good, because eating is delicious. we had burrata, 4 cheese ravioli and lachs. However, due to poor service we had no good experience and we would not recommend if they wished a nice evening meal. the waiter. are not really visible and forget the things they ask (and it was not busy at all at this time.) there was no host to welcome guests so that we went many people. Beyond that we thought we saw the manager run around, but he didn't seem to disturb the guests or the bad service. for the price that we paid, we have expected more definitiw.
I came here for a “nice” meal. The pasta was delicious, the drinks very good. The scenery is beautiful but the service is very mediocre. Our appetizers came before the drinks. The bread that is supposed to come as you peruse the menu came while...we ate our entrees. Tl;dr: you’ll leave feeling full after a delicious pasta dish but don’t expect any of the frills of a fancier restaurant.
