Great lechón. I was brought here by my guide after a tour as she had not eaten lunch and recommended it. fantastic slabs of whole boiled pigeon, almost like pulled pigeon. I have the lechón plate, but they also served tamales with lechón and other meat dishes. the meat was fantastic and they served it with a piece of skin on top that was incredible and tasteful and broken in their teeth almost like sweetness. an incredible and authentic place to lunch.
