Wendy's - Mechanicsville

I get up to the window and this old man working there tosses me my bag of food then rudely ask “what drink is it”. After giving me my drink I realize I have no straw and I’m waiting there trying to ask him for a straw. When he turns his head and huffs and says “what are you still doing here” I was like I need a straw please. He rudely says “I put a straw in the bag” (there was no straw in the bag) and he rolls his eyes and proceeded to hand me a straw.

I was extremely impressed with the inside of this Wendy's. The environment was clean and welcoming. The employees working were polite and friendly. Sitting there eating dinner I told my husband this was the nicest Wendy's we'd ever been to.

Why are you the only Wendy's out of things!! Always out of chilli, it's cold and that's what you are known for tje CHILLI!!! Go to the Glen Allen location it's better!!!!

Came in the restaurant around 9:00pm and 2 employees were sitting in the lounge chairs by the door. The store smelled heavy throughout of marijuana. When I said something to the male employee behind the register with the durag on his head told me it was legal. Most of not all of the staff looked as if they were high. Shame on you Wendy's.
