Subway - Mechanicsville

My wife and I chose Subway for lunch, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Lori and Olivia were fantastic, making us feel right at home. As always, the food was delicious, and we appreciated how clean the restaurant was. Thank you once again, Lori and Olivia, and keep up the excellent work!

Lisa was fantastic! She took the time to ask about my day and my job, leading to a delightful conversation. She was prompt and professional, and her customer service skills were impressive. My sandwich was absolutely delicious, and she prepared it perfectly. Thank you, Lisa! The great conversation and delicious food really brightened my day.

The staff was incredibly friendly! The food was excellent! It was the best sandwich we've had since moving here, and the prices were reasonable as well.

It seems this place closes at 9 a.m. because my daughter and I arrived at 8:32 a.m. and everything had already been cleared away. She ordered a sandwich with just bacon and lettuce. She also got a large drink, but when we got home, we discovered it was just carbonated water. This restaurant is the closest one to us, but we won’t be coming back. I checked the website, and it says they close at 10:00 a.m. What a surprise!

My son and I visited this Subway once last week and last night. The same young man helped us both times. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. On both occasions, he recommended sandwiches that I had never tried. I did. It was refreshing to have someone assist me who apparently really loves what he does. Kudos, Subway!
