Bidrage med feedbackService is always great, cafe is always clean. lots of parking. the food has risen in price, while the portions have gone down, the aromen are hotter or miss (sp. in relation to salt in suppe.) at chipotle is next door with better quality for the price, making it panera a harder choice.
I'm not going to give this place my business, and neither will you. Many times I had forgotten parts of an order or completely wrong. I would have got Mac and cheese that was so liquid that it could have been a cheese soup with noodles, as well as really watered smoothies with hardly any taste. This was not every time, but the inconsistency with the quality of the product I got is honestly unacceptable. If I want to spend my money, it should not be a coin, whether the product is worth it or not, let alone whether I will get it. Yesterday evening I ordered a bagel on the ride, among other things, and didn't get a bagel. I only realized that when I came home, and I just called 5 times to get separated after I waited on the line for a few minutes. Today I called 5 times more, just to happen the same again, so I had to physically drive to the place to solve the problem. Oh and this part on any reception that says if your order is not correct, they will repair it and give you something extra for your trouble? This is a lie, at least when it comes to this place. I know that a bagel is not so expensive at the end of the day, but I don't want to give this place more money than it deserves because it doesn't deserve any at this point. This lack of customer support and product quality is openly shameful. I went to this place for convenience, not to have half a meal and the additional effort to track a refund. It's very annoying. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the employees, like online ordering, going through, or a sub-accompanying problem, and I don't care at this point. I'm done.
I just want to see how hard everyone works in this panera. Everyone sets the best face forward to provide amazing service for EVERYONE! The team leads with curly hair that works in the back. She's amazing. Thanks Panera staff for so amazing!?
Absolutely had the worst experience here at noon. People waited 45-60 minutes for their food. The team leader was anything but a team leader. She had a bad attitude and constantly complained that she was tired that people complained about the service. After waiting for an hour, I asked for a refund. I had no time to wait. She cries to a manager that this lady doesn't want to wait for her food! I understand that I have worked short, but maybe you think about why people are so frustrated with your service. When they say that the kitchen goes after, and it could take almost an hour to get their food, they would allow them to make the choice whether they wanted to wait or go somewhere else. People don't expect this waiting time at Panera Bread. The service at this point was on the slow side the last times I visited, but today just the cake. I will say that the kitchen staff did everything to keep up. I'm not back to this place.
No croutons in my salad just lettuce and Cesar dressing. There was a long piece of brown hair In My bag, and hummus or something all over my sandwhich that was supposed to be just turkey and lettuce. And the lettuce in my salad looks old Tried to call multiple times but nobody is answering the phones.
