The service was quick and friendly, but the food was disappointing. I specifically requested my pork chops to be cooked medium rather than well done, as I wanted them juicy and not dry. Unfortunately, they arrived completely overcooked. My eggs were supposed to have cheese, but there was only a small piece of cheese in the center. The home fries were decent, and they were the only thing with some flavor, though I have to mention they were a bit on the salty side. The best part of my meal was the white toast. I ended up taking a to-go box and giving the rest of the food to my dogs.

If you're looking for the best breakfast spot in Mechanicsville, this is it! Even though there was a long line stretching out the door, we were seated in just 15 minutes. Our food and drinks arrived quickly, and the service was both friendly and inviting for families. Everything we ordered was delicious and served piping hot, just how we like it. When they say gravy, they really mean it—you're in for a generous serving! My husband remarked on how smooth the coffee was, lacking any bitterness. The portion sizes are definitely generous for the price. Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful breakfast experience here, and we can't wait to return!

The food was excellent, just like every time we've visited. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the buffet was not available on a Saturday. I really don't understand why it wasn't open, as weekends are typically when restaurants make the most money. We will definitely return!

Been quite a while since the last time I ate here. After today's meal, I'll certainly be coming here more often. I ate breakfast, even though it was past 1:00 PM, and it was AMAZING!!!
