Great experience for my wife's birthday dinner, eating and service were both top notch

The service was very slow. 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food after starters. very disappointed by the quality of food. my lobster was obviously under the heat lamp and I took the largest part of my steak home for my dogs. my man said that eating on the admiral feast tasted as if everything were fried in the same fat. we were looking forward to a good eating with seafood, but that was obviously not the place.

One of the diners in our party had to whistle their fried muddles and send cocosnuss garnelen back, as both dishes were overcooked. an application to a second portion of cookies had to be repeated twice before they arrived at the end of the meal. overall, quite disappointing.

I visited Red Lobster again last night and used OpenTable to secure our preferred seating, but there was actually no wait at 7:45. We were promptly taken to a booth. As usual, the food was excellent—hot and flavorful. The portions were large, so we typically only eat half and take the rest home. The service was fantastic and attentive. Some of the staff were seasoned employees that we recognized, along with some newer team members learning the ropes. Everything was prepared exactly how we liked it, with no delays. The noise level was typical, usually reasonably quiet. Overall, we were very satisfied and will likely return again.

The food was decent, but I found it frustrating that making a reservation only puts you ahead in the waiting line. I arrived on time, yet still had to wait 20 minutes. If you wanted me to come at that time, you could have just let me know so I wouldn't have to stand around.
