Chili's Grill - Mechanicsburg

I was surprised at the quality of the food. The vegetables were crisp and fresh and the meat warm but not dried out. I will eat at a Moe's Grill again.

It's always extremely hot in here, it's like they purposely make it too uncomfortable to eat inside. I feel bad for the employees that have to endure that all day. I got so light headed and almost fainted because the hot thick air was sounbearable. We also got denied free queso on their supposed free queso day because we got it directly on our burrito bowlsinstead of on the side in a cup? What sense does that make?

We love this place! The chips salsa are good and I love the chicken fajitas. Hubby loves the honey-chipotle chicken crispers. Excellent prices. Our server, John, did a great job today.

This was my first visit to a Chili?s. The food was great, flavorful and piping hot. A little pricey for what you get, but good food. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries? delicious! Our server was super friendly, attentive, and very patient whenwe made several special requests when ordered our shrimp. Wish I could remember her name. She was fantastic!

The waiter was very nice but never brought my water and never asked why we weren?t eating. The chips and salsa was the best part of the entire experience. The food was disappointing my burger was burnt and the cheese was as well. The burger was not like Iordered missing extras. The fries were cold and the waiter didn?t offer to replace them or como them just said he?d tell thecook. Paid for food I didn?t eat. Never coming back here again.
