Excellent absolutely excellent food! Pot pie was awesome. The owner was most friendly and attentive and our waitress Emily was outstanding. A very nice selection of menu options. Worth the trip.

I got the special red velvet pancakes with cream cheese icing and cobbler topping. Was it every bit amazing as it sounds? Absolutely. Per fection. And my waiter was Ashlyn, she was very attentive and friendly. I'm definitely heading back to try thosecinnamon bun pancakes.

Metro Diner is absolutely fantastic! They serve the best fried chicken and waffles I've ever had. We frequent this place, and I always opt for the fried chicken, while my wife enjoys the turkey dinner platter. Their desserts are also outstanding; tonight we had the peach cobbler, which is one of the best we've ever tasted. I tried the blueberry lemon bread pudding, and it was delicious. Whatever you choose to order here, you won't be disappointed—in fact, you'll be thrilled and will want to return for more. The wait staff is friendly, courteous, and professional, with Davida being the standout among them. Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience!

METRO DINER, located at 5600 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, certainly left a lasting impression on me! I ordered the Fried Chicken Waffles, along with two scrambled eggs mixed with chunks of steak, and a delectable Waffle Sundae topped with strawberries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and bananas—it was simply divine! To satisfy my sweet tooth even further, I indulged in a generous slice of chocolate cake. The food was extraordinarily delicious! The diner was spotless, the restrooms were clean, and the waitstaff were incredibly kind and professional. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more—except maybe a magic pair of shoes to return and enjoy this amazing food all over again! Thank you, Metro Diner!

The food was fresh and delicious. While on vacation, we weren't familiar with the area, so my wife searched for nearby restaurants. She found Metro and checked out their menu. We decided to take a chance, and it definitely paid off! I would happily order from Metro Diner again.
