Hoss's Steak And Sea House

The restaurant isn’t as crowded as it was before the pandemic. The food is quite good, and the soup and salad bar adds to the experience. I believe fewer people are dining out these days due to rising fuel and grocery costs. The staff is very attentive, which speaks volumes about how well the restaurant is managed. Additionally, it’s spotless, which is a big plus.

The waitress was incredibly friendly and consistently checked in on us. After we prayed, she returned to let us know to reach out if we needed anything and to enjoy our meals! It was such a thoughtful gesture. The food was absolutely incredible! The salad bar and bites were simply delightful! I'm not joking—they were incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared.

Hoss's has recently introduced a more formal table-side service with dedicated waitstaff, replacing the former system where diners would place their orders at a station upon entering. While like many places, prices have gone up, we’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the food. During our last visit, I ordered the grilled chicken with the salad bar, but my chicken was undercooked. It was a particularly busy night due to a fundraiser event hosted by Hoss's, which made it nearly impossible to get our waitress's attention. My husband's steak, unfortunately, was overcooked as well. Our takeaway is that we won't choose to dine at Hoss's unless we are supporting a fundraiser, as they generously donate a portion of sales back to our organization. Moving forward, we'll stick to the all-you-can-eat salad bar, as the traditional meals are expensive and lack both flavor and consistency.

First the service was good. Sadly my steak was raw and so was my wife's chicken. The salad bar was nice, but overall the family felt a bit ill after eating here. We were all unsure why.

Very impressive Hoss's location...best I've ever been to. Very clean and well maintained building inside and out. Food was excellent, really enjoyed the salad bar. Service was impeccable from everyone, especially our server Joanna who went above andbeyond for my family's dining experience. Management here is clearly top notch. Fully recommended, the family and I willcontinue to dine here.
