Dunkin' - Mechanicsburg

I come through this location a lot lately bc I love the Irish creme iced coffee. I have to cut back soon and this will make me very sad. They've only messed up my drink once and immediately fixed it. The staff is always friendly, and I really do adore them.

Fast, accurate and friendly. Food and coffee speaks for itself, but consistently receiving the correct items even dairy free)at the right temperature is A+. Add In some of the friendliest staff- wouldn't get coffee anywhere else!

My first time with this location was great. I ordered a large hot coffee with extra cream and regular sugar. The woman knew exactly what I meant and proceeded to make my coffee exactly . The donuts and muffins were fresh and delicious like I remembered from the old days of dunking donuts as it was named in 1978 when I discovered them in my hometown. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who served me some happiness. Shout out to you!!!

The customer is always wrong at this point. I've been overloaded today and that's not the first time. I ordered a large dark roast hot coffee and a large pumpkin ice coffee with cream. I order this regularly and the sum is $5.91. I gave the woman $6 and she gives me a quarter change? The dark roast was right, the other coffee was a small hot coffee nothing near a big ice cream coffee. I said that not what I ordered, she said that not what the computer says you didn't say ice cream. I said that's not even the right size. She said I had to charge you more. I told her I gave you $6, she said no, you gave me $5. I was like whatever, because I don't fight over a $1. I had no more $1 bills, so I gave her a $10 bill I gave $8.25 in change??? So I paid $7.75 for my two coffees. I like Dünkin and not all my visits here were bad, but I hate the way they blame their customers for their mistakes. Yes, the customer is always wrong here. They don't care either because there are a number of customers waiting.

This Dunkin' has good customer service and quality, but often when I preorder, my order is not ready on arrival (also 20 minutes after placing). Their new hours are also quite bizarre and uncomfortable.
