Alfredo Pizza Italian - Mechanicsburg

Great pizza. Consistently great tasting, quality ingredients, friendly workers. There are quite a few pizza places in the area. I've tried them all. Trust me. This is pizza.

The pizza here is excellent, and the place is very clean. The garlic knots are delightful, and the service is friendly and attentive.

I've lived in this area since 1984 and had never tried this place until now. I ordered the two-for-one deal and was really impressed by the great crust. I had a craving for that foldable slice of pepperoni, with the juice dripping down my arm, and it definitely did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning! The price was even better than buying two frozen pizzas at the grocery store. My only regret is not trying it sooner, especially back when I was younger and didn’t have to worry about cholesterol and all that!

My whole family absolutely loves Alfredo's food! It's our top choice every time. My kids would probably eat Alfredo pizza for every meal if I allowed them. But don’t just stick to the pizza—everything they make is fantastic!

I searched for Italian restaurants nearby and found this one. I'm so glad we decided to stop by! The pizza was amazing, the spaghetti with meatballs was delicious, and the alfredo sauce was simply divine. While most customers seem to order takeout, they do have 8 tables available for dining in. I highly recommend it!
