Cook Out - Mebane

Normally love cooking, but this time the hamburger of my manne was burned. no pleasant experience. my food was good,

So technically this was my second time of eating cookout in my life. So I went here. Unfortunately I believe the Dine In option was close but I was alright with that. I went to the drive thru and order. I had heard before that Cook Out's Customer service isn't the greatest but it wasn't for me. Great Customer Service for me. The food was amazing! Everything at a good price. I will come back. 9/10

I just went to cook out before work and this staff is the line was empty at lunch time. I placed my order and I see the employee was trying to be funny. I know I am country this the south. I order and tray with banana pudding milkshake. All he kept saying when I was at the window was banana pudding milkshake and laughing. I understand everybody needs a job but he needs to be fired. I didn't think it his job to make fun of people.

Very fast service and the nicest guy on the drive-thru speaker. My order was correct, and the fries were super hot yum yum yum looking forward to another order of hushpuppies very soon.

I've had the hot food at Cookout, but my main purchase is almost always a nice shake. They are prompt in getting your order ready. Service is quite prompt and the staff is always friendly. I like a double chocolate malt with Oreo. Sometimes, they are a bit short on the chocolate so I make sure to mention it. I always go through the drive in window, so there is no delay.
