Applebee's Meadville

Efficient. The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious. Highly recommended!

I was excited to have dinner with my daughter tonight at a restaurant. We both had appetizers that were decent, but when we ordered crispy chicken salads, we were horrified. The salads were filled with wilted and black-spotted lettuce, leaving us with less than a full salad after picking through them. We informed our waitress, who spoke to the manager but they never came to address the issue. It was frustrating that the waitress apologized for something she didn't do. Despite having one salad taken off our bill, we didn't even eat the other one. We used to enjoy dining at this Meadville Applebee's, but after this experience, we will not be returning. Very disappointed.

I have never had any problems with the service or the quality of food at this restaurant!

Walked in to Applebees tonight at 9:30 when they closed at 10pm. After coming back from my sisters basketball game. I have not had anything to eat all day and was Hungary. My siblings and my mom stopped in and the waitress came up to us tapping her nails on the menus and asked how many. We responded and let her know as she gave attitude stating well we close in 30 min. Then walked to the back the manger came out and shook her head at us after she stared for a solid minute. Then the waitress rushed us to order not caring that we were not ready or giving us to time to look over the menus. I’m a manger for a store that does over 135 million in sales and growing and the customer service tonight has been nothing utter then poor. I would rather run an establishment under staffed then with the ignorance I was presented with tonight.

Service is awesome and food quality superior to other Applebees. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and professional! Kept my glass full!
