This restaurant is simple, no fuss, the food is absolutely divine. I tried a few dishes and you just can't go wrong with whatever you order. I really enjoyed my experience I will be back.

A delicious authentic Portuguese Resturant, decor is simple. Service was good, helpful a and the owner gave us free drinks at the end of our meal, which is always a nice touch. The peri-peri baby chicken is to die for. Beautifully Crisp chicken seasoned perfectly and A generous portion of fresh chips on the side. The trinchado another win, was tender and tasty. Out of 6 people eating, 6 people enjoyed. I definitely be back.

Half Glass is an unassuming little Portuguese Mediterranean bistro in North Reef Rd, Bedfordview. This was my first visit and I was unsure what to expect. Although a week night, the place was very busy, but we were able to get a table outside. The menu is quite extensive with a lot of appealing options as well as a varied specials board. I opted for the t-bone, while my wife chose the kingklip and my daughter the sirloin. The service was quick and friendly and once the food arrived, the servings were generous. My t-bone, while not a perfectly prepared medium, was juicy and succulent. My daughter’s sirloin was excellent and I think next time that may be my preferred option. My wife also assured me that the kingklip was the best she had had in quite some time. Although we skipped the desserts, there were some interesting options and I think I will need to sample the Camel Drool next time. The prices are very reasonable and if you are looking for an unpretentious night out in Bedfordview with good, hearty food I would definitely recommend Half Glass.

Best prego's and crisp chips. Quite a small restaurant not many place settings so make sure you book before. Great place for after work drinks on a Friday.
