I had ordered a rise and shiner which has two egg sandwiches and I also wanted another sausage and egged only to get two sandwiches one of them without a egg and the other was just fine but the thing is that I also got a container that had a egg inside of it no third sandwich just a small container with a egg and the other sandwich didn’t even have a egg Inside of it???I was helped by a Cristina but I think she was really dumb or on drugs or something

Waited five minutes for my drive thru order (was told to pull ahead and I think they forgot about me), fries were soft and cold onion rings were cold and hard. dill pickle mama burger was gross looked like it was squashed. $18 very disappointed

Definitely needs work on the communication for drive thru. We ordered a combo and somehow it was misunderstood, and we didn’t get a combo. We asked for 3 cheeseburgers and a 5 strip combo, and the worker in the drive thru was quick to argue that she read back the order. So, paying attention and communicating the order, and then standing still confused on what to do next- please work on that, it makes for a better experience.

Pretty old building, needs huge renovation. Paint peeling, hot glue to hold the walls, bathroom kinda designed awkwardly for men. But food is good, though service is slower than expected from A&W.
