Kfc Mdantsane Taxi City

I ordered a nugget box meal online and when I arrived at the restaurant, they informed me that they only serve drinks in bottles, not cups. The staff suggested canceling my order and choosing something else. When I requested a krusher, they explained that they do not have the machine to make them and also do not sell ice cream. I was disappointed with the limited options. Additionally, despite there being few customers, I had to wait for an hour to receive my order.

I almost didn't get any service because of the time... Online the trading hours were 8am 21pm but they closed an hour earlier

The service was on point i got my order as soon as possible.

I always receive a nice and excellent customer service

The toilets are still not working and as the community and customers we have been complaining about it and hearing empty promises that they are gonna be fixed. You guys are selling liquids so it doesn't make sense that when i am at kfc i must go out and find a toilet that is not even closer to your shop. Shoprite has a toilet closeby, Spar aswell. But kfc is on the other side of the center but they dont have a working toilet for their customers
