Fiesta Ranchera 3 - McMinnville

My mother and I waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order, which I could understand given they seemed short-staffed. However, after 30 minutes, we still hadn’t received our food, while a table that was seated after us had already been served. My mom had to leave after 40 minutes because she needed to get to work. I finally received my food 50 minutes after we arrived, but I was not charged for it or the drinks. Meanwhile, the table that was seated after us had finished their meal and was waiting for their check. This isn’t just a matter of being short-staffed; it reflects a lack of time management. The only update we received was an apology at the 30-minute mark, saying our food was still cooking. Our server came to refill our drinks once and to inform us about the cooking status, but we didn’t hear from them again after that.

They serve the best burritos! Thank you, Chris, for treating me to so many wonderful dinners.

The highlight of the experience was the friendly staff, and the presentation of the food was appealing. However, with at least five other restaurants in McMinnville, along with more options in Sparta that serve hot, fresh meals, I can't see myself returning here.

I’m sorry but I have got to do it. The service really consistently sucks here. Food was not cooked.

Havent been to this place in awhile. Food was amazing.
