Mother Sauce - McMinneville

So good I almost turned around to go back for another!

Not only the best food truck food I have ever had, it’s the best food outside of home cooked food that I have had in a really long time. I had the pomodoro pasta with italian sausage and half order of garlic bread. Wife had a panzanela salad and shared a pumpkin cheesecake. Everything was AMAZING!

Great food, fresh pasta, exceptionally nice service. Definitely will be adding this as a regular spot to visit!

When you stumble accidentally upon a new food truck, and it turns out to be an amazing delightful surprise, it could be Mother Sauce on 4th ST just off Galloway. We enjoyed two different pasta dishes one was PestoTagliolini the other Cacio e Pepe. Both hot, with sauce fresh made pasta, fresh mushrooms melt in your mouth sauce with a added side of garlic toast. All beautifully presented on reuseable fun colored dishes (no paper for the landfill). We paired lunch with a glass of delicious beer from Foreland also located right next to the food truck. McMinnville is lucky to have these two treasures!reusable

Amazing food and service! Honestly some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!
