I like the concept, but the roasted veggies in the Greek Roots salad I had were awful. It was pretty hot inside, too. Although, it was 98 F today. If you have a stroller or wheel chair, forget it. You aren't getting inside without help.
Update: The food is fresh, delicious, and healthy with reasonable pricing, and after speaking with the owner, I am going to update this review after my next couple visits, so the star rating as of now is based on the quality of the food, with only one star deducted for the rushed service. I'm hopeful that can resolve the minor issues stated here?? I had gone to pick up a group order for my co workers, and I was going because I wanted to order three smoothies in person. I waited in line for at least 7 minutes, saw multiple smoothies on the tables in the cafe being drank by customers, but when I asked for three Very Verde smoothies, they said the machine was broken. It seemed awfully convenient that the smoothie machine was broken when they were very busy. And why wasn't there a sign? Something to let me know I shouldn't wait in line. Regardless of how busy it is, I only went to pick up the order so I could order my smoothie, but ended up leaving with nothing for myself or my two coworkers who also wanted a smoothie. I tried to call ahead of time to ask if the machine was working, maybe place the order on the phone for the smoothies but they didn't answer their phones, and imo, they might as well disconnect the phone lines because I've tried calling in the past with no luck on getting an answer! So I wasted my time and my gas just to be rushed away. It should NOT be that way. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered my lunch from work a half an hour in advance and when I got there to pick it up it was gone. They need to have the pick up section a little more organized so people can’t just take orders they didn’t pay for. I am a surgical assistant so I don’t have all day to wait for people to remake salads so I had to leave and go back to work with no lunch. Please just refund my money. I already talked to the cashier he said he will but I’m just making sure no one forgets, thank you.
