Wingstop - McKinney

This situation is always unprofessional and so slow. Have the time when I pick up my food, it is not ready when they say it is and usually wait 15 minutes. The staff just seems to be standing around and playing. Not good customer service. This place must train their staff to be more professional.

This place is awfully managed that the manager got an attitude when I called that my order was wrong, which is probably like the 3. Let's see that this has recently been done! His argument made me feel like he thought I was lying! I never go to this place again.

This place is dreadfully managed. 3 of our last orders were made wrong. Last order was wrong and when I called the store, the manager was very rude and dismayable. I just wanted to ask for a shop loan for the items I didn't give. I asked the manager whether he or someone checks the accuracy of the orders before they are considered complete and finished. Manager said no. Manager told me that it is the customer's responsibility to check their order, not the sellers. I was disgusted by the manager's answer and asked if he was serious. He said yes. I then told the manager that it is his responsibility to ensure that orders are fully and accurately prepared. This is part of customer service and quality assurance. The manager told me he didn't agree. Then the manager hanged on me. I have never received such an rude and unprofessional response from any institution. I have ordered several large meals for my family, but my business will not give every Wing Stop because of this location manager. Bad business and customer service I've ever experienced. I would recommend going somewhere else and avoiding this place. This is an honest and fair review. I wish I could give this rating 0 stars.

Not like they used to be. The cook or chef or whatever needs to be fired or something cause the food has been horrible lately. I literally just ate from there and my order taste like warmed up wings with a slab of sauce basically is what I got. Highly disappointed from a frequent customer.

I was supposed to have a credit associated with my phone number for the messing up my order the first time I went to this location. Was in the area so I placed an order and there was no credit noted. The customer service rep didn't even offer to apply it anyway. I'm not sure but Wingstop is seemingly going downhill because their wings are getting smaller. And dry. Needless to say, but all stated anyway, I won't be going back there ever again.
