Eddie Knows Best - McKinney

Excellent food! After living in Tampa for 35 years, there's simply nothing around here like what Eddie is serving. I feel right back at home. I ordered the Pappa Rellena, Empanada and Cuban sandwich. Couldn't resist getting all 3! And man, they did not disappoint! The pork on the Cuban was real marinated mojo pork. And the others had great flavor and cooked nicely. I'm going to make the trek from McKinney to Princeton tonight to get some more! love it.

I tried this place on a whim, and waited a little over 30 minutes for my sandwich. I ordered the El Cuban, And let me tell you it was worth every one of those minutes that I waited!! The pulled pork and the ham on the sandwich tasted scratch made, whether they were or not I do not know, but it melted in your mouth. The sandwich was huge and when I looked at it I thought, I’ll probably only be able to eat half of this. Hahahaha Who was I kidding? Whole thing gone no regrets…… maybe a few regrets ….but it was delicious. Go get one.
