Arby's - McKinney

Just avoid this place. But I was only recently here where he was downhill. I came after Thanksgiving and the food smells rotten so I didn't finish it. Last night sat again and so sick within an hour after dinner. I propose not to get into this facility. I'm not one who ever gets sick, especially with food. Don't eat here, go somewhere else. They have bad food, long lines and seem like they can't keep any employees. Always manage different people.

Something's going on with this place. Turn around? A caller? I've been here five times (above recently) and the food is somehow three out of five, so the two star ratings. The last time I bought a single cookie. They looked like no one I'd ever seen in an arby... almost as if they had taken the frozen dough and put it on the display. I took my chances... was asked if I would like to heat it up (from a super nice employee, I admit). She gave it to me in a bag. When I came into the car, I saw that the entire cookie literally had dissolved into a strange lump Goo that clung to the bottom of the bag. I didn't want to handle the wait, so I ate my hot goo and left. Other times the wait was super long, with one or two exceptions. I want to send them a good card soon because I always loved Arby's food... but I'm going to different places now.

First time trying Arby?s. I got the Greek and Roast Beef Gyros loaded curly fries. When asked for sauces I asked for a variety of what they have and was given more than enough. Food tasted good and had good amount of meat. Drive thru server was courteous, pleasant. All good.

Waited 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order just for mine to be wrong. I ordered a meal and missing the fries. Seriously folks, is it so difficult to look at the screen to get an order correct?!?! This place has been a disaster since it opened a few months back. Today was my last visit. I won't be surprised when I see the for sale sign go up on the building. Save yourself the hassle...skip this place.

I dined here tonight and ordered from the 2 for 6 menu, but they initially tried to charge me full price. Fortunately, they resolved the issue once I pointed it out. However, I had to wait quite a while for my dinner. When I got home, the sweet potato fries were ice cold, and the curly fries were only warm. While this visit was better, I think I'll stick to the university location from now on.
