I 'm not sure why it 's so hard to follow no whipped cream but every time I order from here whether it 's in store, drive thru, or mobile order I ask for no whipped cream and they ALWAYS put it on... I 'm literally asking you to do less work.

Bought an iced coffee this morning and didn't realize the taste was off until after I got to work. I went back after work and explained the situation to the manager and she was very nice and very understanding. Offered me several solutions to the situation. Things happen. And usually when the drive thru line is long, it's not the workers. It's the customers. I would never go through a drive through and ask them to tell me every kind of donut they have, ask how an item tastes, make 3 separate orders, etc. People should go inside for that.
