Jimmy John's - McHenry

The restaurant is incredibly accommodating for food intolerances! As someone with Celiac disease, finding safe places to eat can be a challenge due to the risk of gluten cross-contamination. Today, after forgetting my lunch at home, I spoke with the staff and was pleasantly surprised by their response. The two gentlemen on duty went above and beyond to ensure I had a safe meal. They thoroughly cleaned the entire counter, changed their gloves, and even used new mayo with a clean spatula. I really wanted to take a moment to thank them for making my day so much better. I can't express how much their effort meant to me!

I can't get enough of Jimmy John's! The flavor is out of this world! It's so delicious that it's hard to believe. The atmosphere is filled with smiles, and the staff are incredibly friendly and inviting. They truly brighten your day!
