Bidrage med feedbackHorrible experience. Food was not good. It was my son's 17th birthday. Server dropped the plate of food on the table barely missing a direct hit to my children. Some spilled onto the sushi we ordered, there was no offer to replace the sushi only remake the spilled food. Would never go again. Even though food was spilled damn near on my kids they still added in 18% gratuity smh
This place is horrible DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ! I came here to order at 8pm my order wasn't ready until 10:07 it wasn't busy in the restaurant and the worst part he was confused as **** taking my order. He told me 20 mins it turns into a 2 hour wait . I went inside to check on the readiness of my order and i waited at the front counter for someone that never showed up to the counter after 15 mins , i went back to wait in my car after the woman said if the order is not ok the counter it's not ready. I waited in my car. Another 20 mins and finally a call saying my order was ready i get inside and I'm told i can't get my food because they don't have Apple Pay , i offer another method of manual card entry . He says we don't accept the manual card entry because people take the food and run I'm not pressed for money i don't have to worry about 53$ condescending and rude. Never again
I really enjoy this restaurant, it's one of my favorites. The sushi here is delicious. I was looking forward to ordering again today, but was disappointed to find out that it's currently closed. I really hope it's only temporary.
I absolutely love the fresh variety of sushi and the quick, creative customer service at this restaurant. I was disappointed to hear about the closure. Hopefully, it is only temporary.
Our server Sara suggested we try the bento box before we placed our order, and we were so glad she did. It was fantastic! The portion size was generous and the service was top-notch. All the dishes were perfectly cooked.
